Our story began at NYU, where we embarked on the journey to become registered dietitians.

Here, we'll learn about your lifestyle, health and food history, past successes, short and long-term goals, food preferences, and where you stand on your health journey.

Attend Follow-up Sessions

30-45 minute follow up sessions are the time to see how you're doing and most importantly feeling in your health journey. We discuss what's working, what's not at the moment, and discuss elements that can help you on the road to feeling your best. Think of these sessions as a time to 'catch up,' see where you're at (physically and mentally), and make modifications if necessary.
